My Fridge Doesn't Stink! Does Yours??

Do you battle odors in your home? Smelly Fridge Syndrome? I know for a while, when I opened my fridge there would be a slight odor, something that didn't make me feel very hungry. I've battled with the every day products that are supposed to stop fridge and freezer odors. You know the usual baking soda products. I never found them to work very well.

The fridge isn't the only place that we battle odors in the home. In my home, the garbage can, compost bin and hamster cage are stink zones, and with small kids, and all the worries of harmful chemicals, I try to stay as chemical free as I can. I've tried using dryer sheets in the areas, constant cleaning and just about every thing else you can think of. Nothing has ever worked well.

Recently I was given the opportunity to try out a newer product. Something I hadn't really heard of before. Innofresh! Innofresh is a chemical free, scent free odor absorber, and I was amazed at just how well it worked!

The Innofresh products eliminates odors by using naturally activated charcoal. Environmentally friendly and mess free, just place them close to the odor offender, and soon your odor zone will be an enjoyable odor free zone! The two products that I received to review were from the Fridge It line. They come in two great sizes, the Fridge It Cube, and the Fridge It Wafer.

I put the Fridge It Cube in my fridge as soon as I received it, and the next morning I woke to a fridge that didn't smell - at all! Impressed with my first trial, I placed one of the Fridge It Wafers in my car, one in my Hamster cage, a Cube by my composter and garbage, and I haven't been let down yet! The biggest bonus (besides no stink) is that there is no mess, no spray, no powder - nothing! Just a little wafer or cube and the stink is gone!

If your looking for more information on Innofresh products, go check out their blog! You'll find great tips and ideas on how to eliminate those odors and great places to use your Innofresh
products!

Activated charcoal is a natural and safe way to eliminate the odor without covering it up and just masking the unwanted smells.

I opened what I thought was a container of sour cream today only to find it was leftover chili from Icantrememberwhen. Chili isn't supposed to be furry and green, is it?

I'd love to also try the Footwear & Sports Odor Absorber. My 22 year old son has the world's stinkiest shoes...I hate opening up his closet because the smell overwhelms.

By reading the blog I also learned that I can eliminate that musty smell from stored purses or luggage by placing 1 to 3 FRIDGE IT cube or FRIDGE IT Wafer odor absorbers inside the bag or luggage for up to a week. It won't harm the fabric either. That's a great tip.
