Manic Monday

Well, today is Monday, and I have now coined it Manic Monday. Here is my Manic Monday Story.

I am supposed to be catering a Woman's Business Owners Group Christmas Party tomorrow, and I had plans to do all the baking myself. Well, so far, I have been given no confirmation and no final head count. Baking everything is now out of the question. I have called and all I get is excuses as to why they don't have a menu for me, well very soon, their going to have no food at their party. I can't make 3 Black Forrest Cakes and 3 different kinds of squares between now and tomorrow evening when I haven't even started shopping yet, and I have to work tonight. (No oven at work) So now, I'm going to have to bring myself to buy store bought squares and cakes. I can still make all the sandwiches by hand, and the fruit and veggie trays. They don't take up too much time. But damn. I acted very professional throught this whole process, I had a menu to them more than 2 weeks ago, all they had to do was choose how many of each item they wanted and send it back to me, how hard is that!!!

Anyway, my Manic Monday is going to flow right into "Tips On Tuesday"
